Interestingly, many viewers have pointed out the Hindi dubbing quality in the recent digital uploads and TV broadcasts. Since the movie was filmed in the late 90s, the lip-syncing in some of the remastered 4K versions feels a bit “off.”

While the original movie is in Hindi, the digital cleanup sometimes makes the voices sound too crisp compared to the grainy background score. At times, the “dubbed-over” feeling is prominent during the heavy dialogue scenes between Arshad and Paresh Rawal.
