I recently watched the Hindi dubbed version of चिरंजीवी का दुश्मनों से खौफनाक इंतकाम (originally released as Bholaa Shankar). If you are a fan of Chiranjeevi, you know what to expect. He brings his signature style and swag to the screen. The movie is a full-on masala entertainer with action, comedy, and a strong sister sentiment.

The Story and Chiranjeevi’s Performance

The movie follows the story of a man who moves to a new city with his sister. He seems like a simple guy at first. However, he has a dark past. He is on a mission to take revenge on a powerful crime syndicate. I felt that the plot is quite predictable. We have seen many such “revenge” stories in South Indian cinema before.

But Chiranjeevi makes it watchable. His energy at this age is truly shocking. He dances well and his comedy timing is still sharp. Tamannaah Bhatia and Keerthy Suresh play their parts well. Technical Quality & Hindi Dubbing

Now, let’s talk about the technical side. I watched this in 4K resolution. The picture quality is very sharp. The colors are bright and look good on an OLED screen. The makers used a lot of saturation. This makes the action scenes look like a comic book.

However, the Hindi dubbing was a mixed bag for me. Usually, Chiranjeevi gets a powerful voice in Hindi. In this movie, the voice actor did a decent job. But the lip-sync was off in several places. When the characters speak long sentences, the Hindi words don’t match the mouth movements. This can be a bit distracting if you watch closely.

Comparison with Meher Ramesh’s Previous Work

The film is directed by Meher Ramesh. He is known for making “larger than life” movies like Billa and Shadow. If I compare this to Billa, I think Billa was more stylish. This movie feels a bit old-school.

Meher Ramesh loves showing his heroes as superheroes. He does the same here. But the writing feels weak compared to modern hits like Waltair Veerayya. I expected more twists in the screenplay. Viewer’s Verdict: 4K Watch or One-Time View?

Is this movie worth your time? If you are a die-hard fan of the Mega Star, you will love the action. The 4K print looks amazing because of the high-budget sets. The fight sequences are shot very well for a big screen.

However, for a normal viewer, the story offers nothing new. The Hindi dubbing issues make it feel like a standard TV movie. I would say this is a one-time watch. You don’t need to watch it in 4K specifically. A standard HD version is enough for this kind of story.

Conclusion

The movie is a treat for fans but a bit boring for others. The action is good, but the story is very old. The Hindi dubbing could have been much better. It lacks the “soul” of the original Telugu version.
