I recently re-watched the Kasam Movie Review: Sunny Deol’s Classic Hindi Action Drama, and it took me back to the golden era of 80s action. However, I have some complaints about the Hindi dubbing and audio sync. Since this is an old film, the “dubbing” refers to the post-sync sound. In many scenes, the lip-sync does not match the audio. I found this quite distracting. It feels like the voices were recorded in a studio much later.

The background score is sometimes too loud. It hides the actual dialogues. If you are a fan of clean audio, this might bother you. The Hindi dubbing quality is average at best. Viewer’s Verdict: 4K Watch or One-Time View?

Is this movie worth a 4K watch? I would say yes, but only if you are a hardcore Sunny Deol fan. The 4K visuals give it a fresh life. It looks like a new movie in many parts. But if you are just a casual viewer, a one-time watch on a standard platform is enough. The story is good, but the technical flaws in the audio might annoy you.

I personally loved seeing the old-school action in high definition. It felt like I was sitting in a cinema hall in 1988. If you have a big 4K TV, give it a try.
