The color grading is decent but nothing extraordinary. The colors look natural, which I liked. It does not have those overly bright filters we see in big-budget movies.

However, I noticed some issues with the Hindi dubbing and post-syncing. Since this is an original Hindi film, it uses ADR (Automated Dialogue Replacement). In several scenes, I felt the lip-sync did not match the audio perfectly. It felt like the voice was recorded in a studio later and didn’t sit well with the environment.

The background score is sometimes too loud. It covers up the natural sounds of the scene. I believe the audio mixing could have been much better. If you are watching this on a high-end sound system, you might find the lip-sync errors a bit annoying.

Is Mr. Kabaadi worth a 4K watch? In my opinion, no. While the 4K resolution makes the image sharp, the movie does not have grand visuals. It is a dialogue-heavy film. You don’t need a high-end screen to enjoy the performances of Om Puri or Annu Kapoor.

I would suggest this as a one-time view on a standard screen. It is a good movie to watch with your family on a lazy Sunday. It will make you laugh, but it might not stay with you for long. The performances are great, but the technical flaws pull it down.
