Ready To Die Hindi Trailer Review: Sakshi Agarwal’s New Action Movie

I recently watched the trailer for the new movie Ready To Die. I was quite curious to see Sakshi Agarwal in a lead action role. The trailer shows her fighting for survival in a dense forest. It looks like a typical survival thriller where a lone woman takes on a group of bad men. I think the trailer does a good job of building tension quickly.

My First Impressions of the Trailer

I felt that the trailer starts with a lot of energy. Sakshi Agarwal looks very fit and ready for the stunts. I have seen her in many supporting roles before, but this is a big step for her. According to her Wikipedia page, she has done a lot of work in Tamil and Kannada films. This movie seems to be her attempt to reach a wider Hindi-speaking audience.

The action scenes look raw. I liked that they didn’t use too much fake CGI for the fights. It reminds me of other survival movies where the hero uses the environment to win. I am always a fan of movies where the underdog fights back.

Technical Quality & Hindi Dubbing

I watched the trailer in 4K resolution on a big screen. The visual quality is actually quite good. The cinematography captures the forest very well. The colors are very deep and dark, which fits the mood of a thriller. The 4K shots make the action look very crisp and clear.

However, I have some complaints about the Hindi dubbing. This is a common problem with South Indian movies dubbed into Hindi. I noticed that the lip-sync is off in several places. When Sakshi screams or says a dialogue, the Hindi words don’t match her mouth movements.

The voice artist used for the Hindi dubbing sounds a bit too dramatic. I feel a more natural, low-pitched voice would have worked better for a survival movie. If you want to compare this to other dubbed movies, check out our latest movie reviews on hdfolders.com. The audio mixing also feels a bit loud compared to the background score. It sometimes takes me out of the experience.

Comparing Director Suneel Kumar Reddy’s Style

The movie is directed by Suneel Kumar Reddy. If you follow his work, you know he usually makes movies with a social message. His previous films like Gulf or Romantic Criminals were very different from this.

I think Ready To Die is his move towards the “Mass” action genre. Compared to his older, realistic films, this one looks more like a commercial popcorn entertainer. He has focused more on the “hero” moments for Sakshi Agarwal this time. I am glad he is trying something new, but I hope he hasn’t lost his touch for realistic storytelling.

Viewer’s Verdict: 4K Watch or One-Time View?

Is this movie worth your time? After watching the trailer, I feel this is a “One-Time View” for most people. If you are a big fan of Sakshi Agarwal, you might enjoy the 4K experience. The visuals are definitely good enough for a high-resolution screen.

However, for a general audience, the story seems a bit predictable. We have seen many movies like this before. If the final movie doesn’t improve the Hindi dubbing, it might be better to watch it with subtitles. I would suggest waiting for the digital release unless the early reviews are amazing.

Conclusion

I enjoyed the trailer for its action and high-quality visuals. Sakshi Agarwal has worked hard on her physical look for this role. But the poor Hindi dubbing and the slightly old-fashioned plot are my main worries. I hope the full movie has more surprises than what we saw in the two-minute trailer.

My Rating: 2.5/5
