I recently re-watched the movie Sandwich on a lazy Sunday afternoon. This film stars Govinda in a double role. It also features Raveena Tandon and Mahima Chaudhry. Technical Quality & Hindi Dubbing

I watched the new 4K remastered version of this movie. I must say, the picture quality is very clean now. The colors look bright and fresh. I liked how the village scenes look in high resolution. The greens and reds really pop out on the screen.

Now, let’s talk about the Hindi dubbing and audio sync. Since this is an old movie, the voices were recorded in a studio later. I noticed that in some scenes, the lip-sync is a bit off. My eyes kept catching the delay between the lips moving and the sound.

The Hindi dubbing quality is decent but feels dated. Some sound effects are too loud. I felt the background music sometimes hides the dialogues. If you are watching this on home theater, you might have to adjust your settings. It is not as perfect as modern movies, but it is okay for a 2006 film.
