Comparing Tarzan Ki Beti with Other Director’s Films

The director of this film usually makes fast-paced action movies. When I compare this to the director’s previous works, I noticed a shift. His earlier movies had more urban settings. This one is completely set in nature. I think the director tried to experiment with the “Man vs Wild” theme here.

In his older films, the music used to be better. In Tarzan Ki Beti, the background score is just okay. It does not stay with you after the movie ends. But I must say, his choice of Ritika Singh was a smart move. She carries the entire movie on her shoulders.

Technical Quality & Hindi Dubbing

This is the most important part for many of you. I watched the 4K version of the film. I must say, the picture quality is great. The forest looks very green and real. The colors are bright but they don’t look fake. If you have a big TV, the 4K resolution will surely impress you.

Now, let’s talk about the Hindi dubbing. This is where I felt a bit disappointed. I noticed that the Hindi voice-over does not match the lip-sync in many scenes. When Ritika screams or gives a long dialogue, the Hindi words feel a bit delayed. It took me some time to get used to it. The voice used for Ritika is good, but the technical mixing could have been better. If you are sensitive to lip-sync issues, this might bother you.

Is this movie worth a 4K watch? Well, it depends on what you like. If you love looking at beautiful forest scenery and sharp action, then watch it in 4K. The visual details are definitely high quality. You can see the sweat and the dirt on the actors’ faces clearly.

But if you are watching it just for the story, then it is a one-time view. I don’t think I would watch it again. It is a decent entertainer for a Sunday afternoon. It is not a masterpiece, but it is not bad either. If you are a fan of Ritika Singh, you should watch it once for her hard work.
