I recently sat down to watch the Hindi dubbed version of Trikona (2024). I love South Indian thrillers because they always bring something new to the table. However, I have some complaints about the Hindi dubbing. My main issue is the lip-sync. In many scenes, the Hindi dialogue starts after the actor’s mouth stops moving. This broke my focus a few times.

Also, the choice of voice actors could have been better. The old man’s voice sounds a bit too young. The anger in the young man’s voice feels forced. The Hindi translation is simple and easy to understand. But the “feel” of the original Kannada version is missing. If you are someone who notices small details, the dubbing might annoy you.
